AT&T's mMode plans max out at a measly 8MB a month, but I stumbled across their mobile internet plans, which are oriented to business users, and offer 20MB for $39.99 ($2 per MB over that). No flat rate plan yet (Sprint and Verizon offer unlimited CDMA plans for about $80 a month), but this is still an improvement. (On my old mMode plan, 20MB would cost me my $19.99/8MB fee + 12MB at $6.14/MB = $93.67!)
