Matt Pope has an answer to my earlier question. Matt directs me to the license terms, and my guess is that 3(d) is the applicable section. If I understand it correctly, to access a shared space via GWS, I'll need a Groove license. What happens if I want to repurpose some information contained in a shared space? Suppose I write a GWS client that renders a discussion thread in HTML? Will every visitor to my web site need a Groove license? It would be helpful if Groove could augment the license page with a FAQ that explores various GWS licensing scenarios.

To usher in the New Year, I decided to do a global repaving. Over the past couple of days, I've done clean installs of Mac OS X, Windows .NET Server RC2, Windows XP, and countless applications. Sometimes it's good to blow out all the cruft.
