I've been trying to use Groove, but as it is today, I can only bear to log in long enough to grab stuff that people send me: under Virtual PC 5, it's even slower than Visual Studio .NET. A Google search of Groove's site shows that other Mac OS X users are asking for it.

Here's a barometer for Groove: David Pogue's Mac OS X: The Missing Manual has long held off pretenders to the #1 spot on Amazon's Computers and Internet bestsellers. It's not as if Mac OS X is cruising under the radar.
