The Sidekick buzz is picking up, now that it's available. From what I've read about it, the way that you sync to your laptop is through the Internet: the Sidekick syncs to a server running somewhere in T-Mobile's cloud, and your laptop syncs with that server.

But I can't connect my laptop to the network using the Sidekick, right? If I'm on the road with a Sidekick and my laptop, I can't sync unless I have a way to get my laptop on the Internet. So, if I'm correct, what it comes down to is whether I can stand having my laptop disconnected while the Sidekick surfs wirelessly, mocking my poor laptop. If not, it's probably the T68 for me and my Bluetooth adapter.
