The OWASP Project: "We are pleased to announce that the first release of the Open Web Application Security Project Guide to Building Secure Web Applications is now online in both pdf (1.67Mb) and HTML... The document is released under the GNU documentation license and was a community volunteer effort." Download it from here.

Something that popped up my Meerkat feed: "ED for Windows, is a power packed, intelligent, language sensitive programmers editor and IDE. Whether you program in C/C++, Progress, PHP, VHDL, Fortran, Java, Perl or one of the many other languages ED supports you'll be impressed by its capabilities." That sounds just like the ed that I'm familiar with, but something (maybe the 64MB memory requirement?) makes me think otherwise :-)
