Fest! It’s free, so why the hell not? We’ll be closing off Empire
Street and opening up 3 stages. You’ll find food, games, music,
dancing, art, spoken-word, mind reading, and even 7-foot blue bunnies.
AS220 has
decided to open up the smashy fun to all who need to vent some anger
and help demolish the old performance space and cafe (weekdays 10-6pm,
until May 10). BYO gloves and hardhat.

One day until the Fools Ball!
It’s Spring, and that means it’s time for another Fools Ball at AS220.
To first-time visitors, AS220
is a black and yellow awning on Empire Street in Providence. If you
step in the door, you’ll see a cafe, a stage, and a couple of galleries.
With very few exceptions, AS220 has something going on every
day. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg, as they say. The Fools
Ball House Party is a great way to immerse yourself in AS220 for a few
hours and get a taste of everything it supports and has to offer.

badass poetry, and other performance art; as well as a visual art
