		<description>Update: yes, Twitteriffic is much better in v2 in many ways, not the least of which is an option to automatically log in on startup, which I thought was an obvious oversight in v1.</description>

		<description>I'm following Sarah's coverage too and attending ETech vicariously through it.

Thanks for the heads-up on v2.0. Perhaps the upgrade will solve some of the sluggishness I've been getting from Twitteriffic lately. Twitter has its on delays, of course, but I'm getting more frequent and consistent updates from the Web than from Twitteriffic lately.

I'm also finding TwitThis (http://tinyurl.com/3b5qnw) helpful. You might want to check it out.</description>
