CRPG: “If you like roguelikes or the top-down, 2d, turn-based
CRPG’s that disappeared in the early 90’s then this is for you.” I
played this for a little while today–it’s a very well-done Ultima-like
game. The sample game, Haxima, is pretty cool. There are OS X and
Windows binaries on the SourceForge
download page and source is available if you want to compile it on
Unix/Linux. This could be what I’ve been waiting for–a good Ultima
IV/V-like game engine that users can create their own games with!
